Role Description
As a member of the Ops team, you will play key role in building AIRX’s business across the world. You will solve the technical and operational challenges in network and networking equipment deliveries, installation, support to name a few. You will directly interact with AIRX’s teams, suppliers, customers across the globe, to deliver the best in class solution to grow AIRX in being “Global Network Provider” !!!
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Analyst located in Navi Mumbai with flexibility for some remote work.
1. AIRX is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Operations Analyst. He/She must be a highly organized, flexible and a resourceful team player who is professional and customer focused.
2. The ideal candidate will be punctual and self-confident with a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly countenance with fellow employees and customers alike.
3. This position will be responsible for the post-sales activities - implementation, delivery, activation, testing, handover, assurance, network troubleshoot for our clients.
4. He/She should communicate with customers, end user and ISP/Service provider during delivery life cycle. Assuring that agreed lead times are met and expectations are managed with the customer.
Requirements
Highly organized, proactive and able to function in a fast-moving environment.
Should have a proven track record and 3+ years of relevant experience in the international telecommunications industry.
3+ year experience as Provisioning/Operations/Service Delivery/Project Management/Support role.
Bachelor’s in Engineering degree preferred.
Awareness of ITSM process and tools.
CCNA/CCNP/CCIE knowledge, Network+ or equivalent (complete or in-progress).
Knowledge and understanding of Transmission networks and technologies (Fibre optics, Colocation, PDH, SDH, ATM, Frame Relay, Wavelength, Ethernet, xDSL).
Working knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office required.
Experience working in a multi-cultural/international environment.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Result driven, creative, persistent, quality driven, hands-on, customer focused.
